La Ferme is a converted stone built farmhouse in the Swiss Normande, near to Conde en Normandie. Enjoy this spacious studio apartment and relax in this calm, stylish space. Dahlia offers a self contained space for 2 or 3 people (fold up bed available), with a beautiful shared garden outside your door. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped. Parking is free. Ideal for a short or long stay. Dog friendly. The space 2.5km from Conde en Normandie, offering restaurants, banks, shops, supermarkets etc. We are 15 mins by car from Flers, a larger town which also has a direct rail link to Paris, 2.25 hrs The Swiss Normande offers diverse attractions, walks, canoeing, paragliding, horse riding and much more as well beautiful historical buildings. We are 1hr drive from the Normandy Landing Beaches and their museums. Guest access The two studio apartments are self contained. You have autonomy. The kitchens are well equipped, you may self cater. The studios are on ground floor level with just 2 steps up from the garden. The garden is shared, is well kept and over 5,500m2, with seating areas and plenty of parking, as well directly outside your door for your convenience. During your stay It's always a pleasure to meet and socialise with guests, especially at the end of the day, share a glass and discuss the day's events. However, you have complete privacy if you wish. The garden and grounds are large enough have autonomy. There are several information brochures about the surrounding area, and its activities. Other things to note The host Lin, lives on site, with her German Spitz, Loupie. She is adorable, friendly, good with other dogs and children, so is Loupie! :) I can assist, advise, engage, help, but can also be invisible.
