With nearly level entry and two-car level parking, arrivals are simple year-round. Guests also enjoy access to the private lake and nearby trails — perfect for exploring the beauty of the mountains. Step inside to a warm knotty pine interior and thoughtful details that make it easy to leave the hustle and bustle behind. The fully stocked kitchen features a pristine vintage O’Keefe & Merritt stove, French doors leading to the deck, and extras like organic spices, freshly ground coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Share meals around the indoor dining table or carry them straight outside for al fresco dining beneath the trees. The deck is a true highlight — with a firepit, BBQ, dining table, and café lights for cozy nights under the stars. A secure gate keeps kids and dogs safely nearby while you take in the forest views and fresh mountain air. After dinner, settle into the living room, complete with books, games, a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, and a record player with a curated vinyl collection. On the main floor, you’ll find a full bath plus a private bedroom with en-suite bath, smart TV, laundry area, and cozy electric fireplace. Both bathrooms are stocked with all-natural Public Goods bath products. Upstairs, two A-frame bedrooms — one with a queen bed and one with two twins — provide restful retreats, along with a convenient half bath. Set on one of the largest (nearly level) lots in Arrowhead Woods, the property feels like your own mountain hideaway. Nap in the hammock, watch wildlife from the deck, or enjoy sledding right in the yard when it snows. Families will find thoughtful extras like a portable crib, high chair, baby gate, and kid-friendly dinnerware. Dog lovers are welcome too — we provide an orthopedic dog bed, bowls, treats, and waste bags, so your pup feels right at home. Guest access The cabin and grounds are all yours! Other things to note **Lake Access: All our guests are welcome to use our lake pass for accessing the lake trails for swimming fishing or hiking! Although the beach clubs are private, we have recommendations on the best places to swim, relax on the sand or hike by the shore. Please let us know ahead of time and we will email you a waiver to sign (required by The Arrowhead Lake Assoc.)*** WINTER TRAVEL: Please note that during winter, Caltrans requires you to carry snow tire chains with you. The mountain weather changes frequently & we want all our guests to come prepared. During snow, we clear the driveway & entrance upon arrival. After that, we provide shovels & snow removal contacts if you need it for the duration of your stay. If you are unsure about driving in the snow, please make sure to get travel insurance.
