Fully equipped. 24 hour check-in. 1. Open plan living room and kitchen. Large expandable sofa in the living room, Smart TV with Cable TV & Netflix. There is an Alexa Smart speaker which will play any music or radio you ask, provide the weather forecast etc. 2. The Bedroom has a double-bed, desk, and a large practical wardrobe. Also has access to the terrace. It has a good quality two sided mattress, I have the same at home! 3. Toilet and Bathroom are separate for your convenience. 4. Underground parking available free of charge. Both parking and the apartment are conveniently close to the lift. Access is unrestricted and also suitable for wheelchair users (also from the street). Other benefits: Location is key - only 2 minute walk to the beautiful Main Street with restaurants, shops, bars, cinema, theatre, tourist attractions etc so no need to drive or worry about taxies ! Another huge plus is a modern supermarket (incl. bio, fresh bakery and meats,) on the side of the building, open every day. There is a pharmacy also, very handy. The Apartment has modern external blinds (remotely controlled), aircon (remotely controlled and not directly in the bedroom!). Crib and baby chair available on request. All free of charge of course. Gym equipment available (incl. a pull up bar). Several Tourist Guides are also available in the Apartment. I am available for any questions or tips before and throughout your stay of course! Guest access I will either meet you or provide self-checkin instructions. In any case you will receive the best check-in possible depending on your needs.
