If you’re booking this home for a party, this isn’t the right home for you. The maximum number of guests is 10. No outside guests are allowed during the entirety of your stay. Minimum age of primary renter: 25 Your rate includes a $79 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee, which is required for all reservations. The damage waiver covers up to $500.00 of accidental damage. These damages must be disclosed to Valerie McFarland before or upon check-out of your stay. Damages deemed intentional, negligent, or pet damage will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the guest's sole responsibility.
