Cosy cottage, Pateley Bridge

A cosy cottage situated in a scenic stone terrace in Bewerley, a 5 minute walk from the heart of Pateley Bridge which is a charming market town in Nidderdale hosting quality restaurants, tea rooms, pubs and shops including the oldest sweet shop in the world. There are many days out and activities locally, and plenty of walks which you can do right out of the front door. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. The space The house has an open plan lounge and kitchen with a functional wood burner. which you are welcome to use Upstairs and there is a bathroom and two small double bedrooms. There is a utility room on the ground floor with a separate entrance and washing machine and dryer. The cottage sleeps 4 but please note it is quite small so may be more suited to 2 or 3 adults, or a small family. Guest access The cottage is split over three floors, with two doors to the property- one on the ground floor which enters into the utility room with an internal staircase to the living area, and one up a flight of external steps directly into the first floor living area. Bedrooms are located on the second floor. Other things to note Kids are welcome but please bring everything you need. Well behaved pets are welcome, please let us know if they're coming, and bring everything you need.
