There are three pin-code access gates for this complex on both Selwyn St and Hagley Ave. Access to the apartment is also via pin-code. We will provide you with codes for both the access gates and apartment prior to your arrival. Our apartment is on the top floor of the Hagley Block, facing Hagley Park. Other things to note This apartment is on the top floor (3rd) and access is by stairs only. There is no lift. There is no onsite designated parking. Free street parking on the surrounding streets is more accessible after 3pm. This is a strictly NO smoking/vaping complex.
