With the S-Bahn, which is about 10 minutes away on foot, you can get to Stuttgart city in about 20 minutes or to the trade fair/airport in 5 minutes. The space A great two-room apartment under the roof awaits you in our family house. In the comfortable bed you can wake up to the sound of birds chirping and sunrise or leave all the blinds down and go back to sleep - whatever suits you. You can work or eat your meal at the table in the separate living room. You have a mini kitchen with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, pad coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is already everything you need - pots, pans, cutlery, olive oil, vinegar, spices, even the ingredients for a first meal - spaghetti with pesto. The bathroom is small, but the shower, toilet and sink are spacious. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment and in summer you can open all the windows - a cool draft flows through the apartment or you turn on the fan. We look forward to your booking.
