Seed Stay- 2 bedrooms

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space It’s a small cosy single floor house, in the border of the Colombo city limits, Has a separate entrance, living and dining areas together A pantry A wet kitchen A loft Bedroom 1 - with an en suite toilet Bedroom 2 - with an adjacent toilet A store room- with the ironing board Parking space for 2 vehicles A little patch of garden ( also 2 small rooms for house keepers) Guest access Entire house except the service areas Other things to note Please use the SAFETY LOCKERS, in the wardrobes for your valuables Not more than 4 guests are welcome, No parties please You may entertain friends but not to stay over please. Please note MOSQUITOES are a problem in Sri Lanka, more so in Colombo. I have mosquito repellent sprays, coils and nets in both rooms. You may purchase vaporiser refills from a supermarket, I have a few in stock, 500/- each. Please bring your own tested sprays if you have any allergies. Also please keep the room doors and room to toilet door closed at all times to prevent the getting into rooms. Hope they won’t trouble you too much during your stay at Seed Stay!
