JNL is a place you can call “home away from home” The warmness, peace and safety you feel in a space you call home. In the midst of the city, going to the malls likeTrinoma, SM North Edsa, Cubao Araneta Gateway, SM Megamall & Ayala Makati is not a problem. The GMA Kamuning mrt station is only a 3-minute walk away. The space JNL - In the midst of a bustling city, you feel the calmness, solitude in peace of our place. With a balcony from 37th floor, you have the bird’s eye view of the city, facing EDSA and to the mountains of Antipolo. In this 1 bedroom condo unit, we have 1 detached double size mattress bed, a loft double size bed and 1 uratex sofabed to accommodate extra guest. Maximum of 3 guests and able to add 1 or 2 more if family, with extra charges of P350 per night. A 55 inch smart TV with strong wifi, Netflix and Youtube for entertainment and even work if you are working remotely. Laundry is not a problem as washing machine is in the unit and clothes rack. The kitchen is complete with 1 burner electric stove and cooking utensils and dinnerwares. We have rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave and a big refrigerator to store your food and drinks. The shower has a heater if you prefer hot shower and bidet for the toilet. Towels and toiletries is being provided. During your stay, you have the free access to the swimming pool and gym facilities. You don’t have to go out on Friday and Saturday nights to have some “Nightlife, Live music and Fun” in the 8th floor of the Victoria Sports. Guest access Upon booking confirmation, I will be requesting for an ID from the guest for security purposes only. On check-in day, guest will meet up to hand over the key of the unit. There is a paid parking within the building. Guests are free to access the swimming pool. Must make a reservation in the lobby a day before your preferred schedule. Other things to note Please note that there will be some noise due to on-going renovations, during the day from 8am to 5pm. The building is at its final stage of completion and some units are in still under renovation and some are bare. Building rules are being implemented to provide guests a safe and peaceful stay.
