May 25th - August 31st is Sunday to Sunday weekly seasonal rental only. 3 night minimum off season, check in any day of the week during off season. Introducing our brand new, semi-oceanfront house, complete with a PRIVATE POOL & HOT TUB on the upper deck under the stars. 1,500 sqft of outdoor deck space, two outdoor showers, outdoor swings and games, outdoor grill & solo fire pit, screened in outdoor lounge. Provided with every amenity you will need. 4x4 vehicle required to access the area. The space There is roughly 1500 sqft of outdoor deck space. Main living area is 2214 sqft, open floor plan with 16 ft ceilings, screened in back deck, covered front deck area and four pane sliding double doors that open up to the main section of the deck. 4 bedrooms, 2 king bed bedrooms with master baths attached and a jack and jill full bath connecting the other two bedrooms. One of which is a queen and twin bed bedroom and the last bedroom is the bunk bed bedroom with 2 single over single bunk beds. Lastly is a rollaway bed that can be used as needed. The best Wi-Fi possible, Starlink business internet. Flat screen smart TVs in all four bedrooms as well as the living area. Reverse osmosis water filtration tap, ice maker, additional refrigerator/ freezer located in the shed, beach chairs also provided. Private pool and hot tub right on the deck. We are semi-oceanfront which means ocean front homes are located across the road, it’s as close as you can get to the ocean outside of renting an oceanfront property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note In my past years traveling to Carova for a week to stay at my grandparents place this is how I prepared for that trip. Hopefully this will help with your preparation! And remember, if you forget something, you can just drive back off the beach and grab it. Grocery stores, restaurants are literally 5 minutes off the beach back onto the paved roads and those trips, any beach ride is always an experience! Food and drinks are the main items to prepare for. I find the cooler bags not the actual plastic coolers are the best! They take up less room and hold more I think. Just make sure they are waterproof as you will have ice to keep items cold while you drive from wherever your coming from. I generally preplan like 2 dinners, have lunch items and condiments and try to grab some pizzas from Corolla Pizza on the way off the paved roads. Give it an hour for call ahead pickup they are usually very busy in season. Dinner ready upon arrival for a relaxing unpacking settling in for the week evening. We will have a 2nd refrigerator in the downstairs walk-in area next to the outdoor showers which is great for frozen dinners you made last week to avoid any work to be done on vacation as well as the drinks, beers, waters, etc. There is a Kureig Duo coffee machine that takes both pods and ground coffee for a pot. Sunblock and bug spray are a must! I always bring a little medicine bag with Benadryl, calamine or anti itch, aloe, the basic essentials like children’s Tylenol, Rolaids or tums, aspirin, etc. We do have an emergency kit located in the pantry for basic first aid.
