Private Beachfront House- perfect for families

A serene place with your own private beach,we are just 5 minutes away from the island Ferry. You will be staying in a Guesthouse(within a compound) with 2 rooms, own T/B, a living room. Stepping out, there's a patio,gazebo/bar/dining area, a kitchen, outside shower ,T/B, spacious garden and a barbecue grill area. We also have an island where you can sunbathe and enjoy a view of the sea and Davao skyline. Nearby are restaurants ,wet market, grocery. The space A guesthouse with 2 rooms, 6 beds(2 pullouts) , another 2 airbeds upon request, a big sala, outdoor patio, garden, kitchen, gazebo dining area, garden, barbecue grill area and a private white sand beach just a few meters away to enjoy. Guest access Beachfront, gazebo/dining area, outdoor open patio, barbecue grill area, kitchen, garden area. Other things to note It is a gated private property, guests have their own entrance/gate to the Guesthouse. It is located in a compound. Someone cleans the shore daily. There is a caretaker staff who lives at the back of the property. He can buy necessities, do small errands, grill and assist in cooking. We offer breakfast for an additional charge. We have a masseuse on call but depends on availability.
