Other things to note *TV* We have a smart TV that includes the Roku system that will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + accounts. *PARKING SPACE* You have access to an indoor parking space 3 minutes walk from the residence. This parking lot doesn't have charging stations. You will be able to enter and exit at your convenience with the badge at your disposal. If you are traveling with an electric car, a parking lot with level 2 charging stations is a 2-minute walk away. Access will be at your expense. *TERRACE* Discover our rooftop terrace with BBQs accessible year-round. Outdoor furniture is not available in the colder months, just the BBQs and the breathtaking scenery! *ROOFTOP POOL* The building has a heated pool on the roof that our guests can access during their stay. - The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from October to early/mid-June. These dates may vary a little depending on the year's weather. - The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site.
