Private room in artist's house.

Private room in an artist's house located near the Place Choiseul. The room is located on the 2nd floor of the house, it is very spacious. Bus and streetcar stops at 50m, Old Tours at 15 mn walking distance, beautiful walk across the Loire. Shared bathroom (first floor) and toilet. Room to relax, exercise (tatamis..) or meditate. Possibility of heating a dish. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wifi, books. The space The entrance to the house (ground floor) is through my artist showroom then you go up one floor, in the hallway you have a bathroom with toilet (it is small but functional) after you have the living room and kitchen. On the second floor is my room, a relaxation area and your room: it has a bed in 140, a table and chair to work, it is under the roof and has blinds on each velux (2). Guest access You can access the kitchen to reheat a dish and we can share a moment together. Other things to note I am attentive to energy in general (electricity, gas, water), this house has a compost because I have a vegetable garden, I close the wifi at night for the waves and I try to be "eco-responsible" without being a "dragon" ....
