You will find, among other things, a heated pool (May-September), a wilderness bath, a trampoline, basketball, a Weber grill, a cat that lives outside, as well as a nice garden room where meals and the bright evenings can be enjoyed. The villa is 160 m2 and has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen. There's a washing machine and a dryer. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from cozy Sæby by car. The space You have the villa and garden all to yourself. Guest access The entire home and the entire garden, as well as the pool. There is a locked office/room in the villa on the ground floor. The pool is heated from May to September. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited. The pool is heated from May to mid-September. The temperature varies due to the weather. The pool does not have a ladder. The wilderness bath can be used all year round, the heating time is about 4-5 hours, you fire it yourself. Firewood can be purchased for DKK 500. Agreed in advance (min. 2 days before) arrival so the wilderness bath is prepared. Please note that if the authorities have a burning ban, this also applies to the wilderness bath and must be followed.
