The apartment is on the ground floor and features a cozy balcony area for you to experience unforgettable moments alone or with your family. It has a double bedroom with a queen box bed with a 50" TV, a bathroom with a pressurized shower, a living room and a combined kitchen with a 50" TV, all utensils, premium appliances, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a clothesline, a tank and an iron. In addition, we provide all the necessary linens for your stay! We're going to surprise you positively! The space The space was designed with comfort and practicality in mind, so we make the entire apartment available for the guest's stay, from dishes to an extra mattress if necessary. Our utensils are top-notch. We're sure you won't regret it! The property is located on a dead-end street, extremely quiet and safe, with 24-hour monitoring of the building's outdoor area. * Parking spaces upon request and availability. * Visits are strictly prohibited, subject to apartment password lock and 190 call. *Pets are welcome but we have a fee that must be applied at the time of booking, as the cleaning is totally different. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. *Pet owners, you are responsible for your pet. It is forbidden to leave your pet alone after 10 p.m. due to barking/whining. *Absolute silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. *Party in the apartment is prohibited, we work with residential reservations. The garbage can be left in the back of the building where we have 2 containers, where we have an employee who sorts the garbage for recycling. Guest access The guest has access to the common areas, garage and apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and private balcony. Other things to note If you wanted a parking space, please let us know! We provide a crib and extra mattress upon request. We love pets and they are welcome in our apartments! (Pet owners must pay attention to the rules and fees). In the refrigerator, we leave some drinks and food for consumption and payment upon check-out, all to make the traveler's life easier!
