Single Room Verona (San Zeno)

The room is located in an elegant building in the San Zeno district, in Rigaste San Zeno 33/A The room is on the third and top floor (no elevator), in an elegant building overlooking the Adige River. The room is about 500 meters from Castelvecchio and the bridge of the same name and 400 meters from the Basilica. Quiet area within walking distance of the Verona Arena. Perfect location for those who want to visit the city, or to go to concerts or fairs. We offer essential support. The space The room is an attic, on the third and top floor of the apartment, as shown in the photo, and has a single bed. There's a small window at the bottom that overlooks the river. The dimensions are small (being an attic, it may seem even more limited). It's okay for a few days' support. It is not a long-term accommodation. The bathroom is in front of the room, less than two meters away. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms, often for up to 3 or 4 guests. The room is in an apartment on the third floor and there is no elevator in the condominium. So you will need to walk up, but it is not very tiring, and I am sure it is good for you :) Guest access Access is independent through the entry instructions (SELF CHECK-IN). In this way, I share codes to open the doors and take possession of the keys. For this reason, you can arrive even after 6:00 p.m., but I will not always be able to offer attentive assistance after this time (so you can get in touch the next day if necessary). The procedure involves sending some details necessary for the registration of guests, once they arrive (preferably within 3 hours of arrival in the room) The details are First name, last name, gender Date and Place of Birth Nationality and city of residence Document type and number. This is data that can be written by message on the portal and in case you will be asked to show the document by the co-Host (there is no need to send the photo by message) During your stay I only interact through messages from the portal. Co-Hosts will be available on request for any issues and often intervene very quickly if needed. Available from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Other things to note What to expect: An essential and minimalist accommodation for a person who wants to stay in the center but does not want the confusion of the historic center. The room is under a roof (like the entire apartment) It's not very big, but you have what you need. You will need to climb the stairs because it is on the top floor. The location is very charming, the building is close to the Adige river and as soon as you leave the building you can take a nice walk on the shore. In no time at all, you can reach the famous Castelvecchio Bridge and then the center in Piazza BRA. It is perfect for short stays.
