Tui Cabin

Tui Cabin is a short steep walk from the heart of Oban, the ferry and the flights center. It is a newly built bedroom, private ensuite bathroom, & shared outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and sink. Both the road and the driveway are steep. The facilities are rustic and aimed at hikers and those wanting to experience the great outdoors. Water is collected from the roof, so is untreated. A bottle of filtered water is provided in the fridge. If you are looking for luxury accomodation, look elsewhere. The space This is a great cabin for those wanting a place to rest before or after hiking the Rakiura track. It's a small space, so not recommended for a prolonged luxury stay in Oban. You will find the cabin located on the left. The first door is to your private bedroom and bathroom. On the deck is the shared outdoor kitchen/dining. Help yourself to the amenities, but please keep in mind other guests may wish to use this area also. Other things to note There is electricity and hot water. But there is no wifi or tv. There is free wifi in the town. Cell phone coverage is excellent. Please don't feed the many birds who will visit you. Water is collected from the roof and is untreated. A bottle of filtered water is in the refrigerator. Some drink straight from the tap, I prefer to boil the water first.
