Downstairs, guests will find 1 bedroom (with full bed and twin bed above), 1 full bath, large family/living room with smart TV and cable, dining table, and porch with rocking chairs, dining table and a grill. Outside, guests will find a screened in-ground pool, white sand beach, dock with cleats for your boat or jet skis (not provided), canoes/kayaks, standup paddle board, and fire pits. Board games and books available inside for guests. An air mattress is available if extra sleeping space is needed, please let host know in advance if air mattress is needed. Bring your water toys! A public access boat ramp to the lake is located 0.1 miles from the house. Or, visit the state parks nearby for freshwater springs, hiking and picnicking. High-speed Wi-Fi is available and cell service is good with most carriers.
