Renovated Large back yard with a covered patio for shade from the beautiful California sun.......... and a motorized Awning which can be lowered to protect you from the So. Cali sunshine from the west! ALSO an Outdoor kitchen with lighting to add for a beautiful ambience. Guest access Access to an open kitchen floor plan with living room and dining area connected........ Large 60" television! Guest Bedroom (no T.V. provided) with private bathroom for guest is available. Of course entire backyard is available to enjoy while enjoying your morning coffee and reading your e-mails, a book or just relaxing! During your stay Interaction with host is determined by guest. The private two bedroom home offers a Murphy bed in the private guest room, allowing guest to put the Queen size bed up if you need more office space......... it’s convenient, easy and comfortable!!
