Looking for a long-term tenant (min. 6 months) for en-suite bedroom in cosy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You will share the apartment with 1 more person (female). -private room with a lock -en-suite bathroom in your bedroom for your own use -fully equipped kitchen -free parking space -rooftop terrace with amazing view over the sea, Howth hill and Dublin mountains The space The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood. There are only 2 other apartments in the same building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (the last one, no lift), with access to the rooftop terrace above. The apartment is very quiet and cosy. You can see the Irish sea in the distance from the bedroom's window. Guest access Living room, kitchen, rooftop terrace, parking space During your stay I'm renting out my bedroom while I'm away. I will be available online and on the phone. You will share the apartment with my flatmate (a female), very friendly and respectful. Other things to note Closest supermarkets: -at petrol station (3 min walk) -Lidl (10 min walk) My place is in residential area, still there are some places to eat out nearby: - big petrol station (Applegreen) across the street with Subway and self service restaurant. - "The One Cafe" with nice food (10min walk) - traditional Irish pub (with food)/Fish&chips/fast food in Baldoyle village (20 min walk) - fast food (Eddie Rocket)/ Apache pizza in nearby shopping centre (Clarehall shopping centre) - many nice places in nearby Howth and Portmanock
