Facing the Araruama lagoon, inside a secure condominium, our house is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites with air conditioning), 1 social bathroom and 1 external bathroom; kitchen and a large living room, swimming pool, kiosk (gourmet kitchen with barbecue), wooded backyard, with fruit trees and many flowers. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and bakery. 15 min from Araruama Center (by car). The space Air-conditioning only in the two en-suites. Guest bathroom only has cold water in the shower. The outdoor bathroom has an electric shower with hot water. Suite shower with hot water (boiler)
