There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 4 upstairs suites (including yours) are rented to long-term Airbnb guests—all working professionals (1–2 adults per room). The homeowner and host, Ashley, lives downstairs in the master suite. Free, open parking is right in front of the home! Locking bedroom door. The Hostess does not live on site. Our friendly House Manager, Mark, lives on-site in one of the rooms and is available for any needs. During your stay Minimal/friendly interaction - make yourself at home! I'm an attentive host and happy to answer questions and make sure your stay is going smoothly, but give guests a lot of privacy. Hosts are often not on-site. I am available via AirBNB, text, or phone call should you need anything during your stay. Entry is self check-in. Other things to note 🧹 CLEANING: We take cleaning seriously at the Longmont Oasis! Rooms are professionally cleaned before each guest arrival. We have weekly professional cleaning conducted in common areas and shared bathrooms. We ask that all guests respect our home and other guests. Your cleaning fee covers professional housekeeping for your suite, plus cleaning of all common areas in the house for the entire duration of your booking, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Cold plunge is available to guests (in the garage). KITCHEN AMENITIES: Coffee maker, french press, glassware, coffee grinder, bowls, toaster, plates, ice maker, silverware, baking pans, pots, kettle, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, Instant Pot, crockpot, griddle, and more. There is one operational security camera located at the front door. There is also a security camera facing the backyard gate and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay for security purposes only. There are NO security cameras inside the house.
