This beautiful, fully furnished townhouse is positioned in a great location which is only a short 30m walk to the beach. The townhouse has been recently renovated and features 3 bedrooms (2 x QB and 1 x DB) and 2 bathrooms. It also has a lovely outdoor area for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy a BBQ. Close to Westfield Shopping Centre, which features an abundance of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants / cafes and cinema. *Dogs by prior approval only The space A bright, open plan living, dining and kitchen is downstairs with glass sliding doors that lead onto the enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave/ convection oven and full size fridge. Both Downstairs and Upstairs bathroom have a shower, hand basin and toilet. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. Front and rear garden. Split system air-conditioning / heating caters for the Living area downstairs. Bedding and Other Features: Features 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master room with BIR and a split system in the master bedroom for heating and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, BIR, and an overhead fan. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (Single beds) with a split system air-con/heating. Large flat screen TV. Connect to Netflix- (Guests can use their own account.) Free Wi-Fi included. Complimentary toiletries, coffee and tea provided on arrival. All linen/towels provided (Set Fees applied). Attractions The beach is only 30 metres away. Guest can access the beach through the park near the townhouse. Near the Grange Golf Course and rowing club. Public Transport- A bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away from the townhouse. 5 minutes to Semaphore 15-20 minutes into the city 20 minutes to Glenelg Minimum stay 3 nights Guest access Guests have access to the entire home.
