The townhouse has been recently renovated and features 3 bedrooms (2 x QB and 1 x DB) and 2 bathrooms. It also has a lovely outdoor area for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy a BBQ. Close to Westfield Shopping Centre, which features an abundance of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants / cafes and cinema. *Dogs by prior approval only The space A bright, open plan living, dining and kitchen is downstairs with glass sliding doors that lead onto the enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave/ convection oven and full size fridge. Both Downstairs and Upstairs bathroom have a shower, hand basin and toilet. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. Front and rear garden. Split system air-conditioning / heating caters for the Living area downstairs. Bedding and Other Features: Features 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master room with BIR and a split system in the master bedroom for heating and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, BIR, and an overhead fan. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (Single beds) with a split system air-con/heating. Large flat screen TV.
