Recently renovated apartment, located in a quiet area a stone's throw from the historic Basilica of San Zeno and the convivial Piazza Corrubbio. You can walk to the Arena of Verona in about twenty minutes via a scenic walk. In front of the apartment is the bus stop for the station, the historic center and the Verona Fair. The space The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen with a dining table, TV and sofa bed of about one and a half squares, suitable for one adult or two children. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a refrigerator, a freezer, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, a larger one complete with shower and bidet and a smaller one in which there is a washing machine. Guest access The apartment is inside a condominium and is located on the mezzanine floor, accessible by climbing eight steps on foot (no elevator). Other things to note A few meters after the entrance to the building, on the right, there is a passage without gates that gives access to a condominium space, where you can park a car for free.
