Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, especially for nature lovers. Ideally located in the countryside 10 minutes from the lake, in the heart of a green setting without overlooking, you will find all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday! Fully equipped, bright, warm, spacious, you will find the house as we live there, with our animals (cats, fish) perfectly autonomous, which you will not have to take care of. The space Located in the heights of a peaceful village but close to major roads, our house backed by the hill is configured on two floors on one level: -the upper floor, with its night area which you can access directly from your 3 private parking spaces -the lower ground floor, with its unoverlooked day area, lush garden, swimming pool and 2 terraces A 500M high-speed internet connection is available via Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden. A cleaning lady will come by during long stays (1 week or more). She has her own key and you will be notified of her visit in advance. She is in charge of tidying and cleaning the house, feeding the animals and watering the plants, so you don't have to worry about a thing. On the upper floor are: - an entrance hall -a bathroom - the master bedroom with office space - 2 children's bedrooms The spacious mezzanine entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival with a large closet, shoe storage and space for strollers. The master bedroom, 2 children's bedrooms and the large bathroom are arranged in a star shape around the hall. An Amazonian aquarium completes the decor. It is fully automated (lighting, feeding, heating) and you don't have to worry about it. Family +: A stroller, baby carrier and Thule 2-seater cross multisport stroller (with or without baby hammock) can be made available free of charge on request. The master bedroom features a desk area and a king-size box-spring bed, with memory foam mattress topper, a large corner dressing room and a laundry basket. The door locks and the window has interior blackout blinds and a mosquito net. The views are breathtaking! Family perks: a co-sleeping bed, a cocoon-a-baby cushion and a breastfeeding cushion can be made available free of charge on request. The first children's bedroom is equipped with a 90 x 200 bunk bed, ample storage and a laundry basket. The many games, books, duplos and other equipment are at your disposal. The window is equipped with exterior blackout blinds. For long stays (1 week or more), the aquariums visible in the photos will have left the house and will be in the care of a pet-sitter. For short stays, they will stay there but will not require any care from you. The second children's bedroom has a 90 x 200 single bed with safety barrier (removable if necessary), a 1-seater sofa bed as well as a large walk-in closet and a laundry bag. The door locks, the window is equipped with a mosquito net, exterior blackout blinds and opaque curtains. Here again, the many games and books are at your disposal. + Families: a folding baby bed can be provided free of charge upon request and installed in this room or wherever you like. The spacious bathroom will easily accommodate the whole family thanks to its double sink, corner bathtub and separate shower cubicle. A towel radiator adds to the comfort for a cocooning moment. Bath towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, soaps, shampoos, shower gel, body cream and other bath bombs are at your disposal at your discretion, within the limit of the stock available for self-service. We'll take care of washing the linens after your stay ends. A wall hatch will allow you to easily evacuate your personal laundry to the laundry room below, via a laundry chute. + Families: a changing table and bath toys are available in the basic layout, but it is possible to add a baby bath or bath seat free of charge on request. A staircase leads to the lower level, where you will find: - the kitchen - the living/dining room with fireplace - a toilet sink - the laundry room - the fourth bedroom The large semi-open kitchen is fully equipped, with combi steam oven, microwave, coffee machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge and all the utensils and dishes needed for a large family. From the kitchen, a French window opens onto a small intimate patio with a gas grill and a 3-seat bar. The morning sun is nice for drinking coffee. This door is equipped with a cat flap with an electronic chip reader, which allows our 3 cats to come and go and dispenses with a litter box. Their kibble dispenser is enough for them to be perfectly autonomous for a whole week. The cleaning lady will refill the kibble during her visits if your stay is longer. If you feel like it, you can of course pet them, but you don't have to worry about them otherwise. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large room with high ceiling, mezzanine, numerous bay windows and patio doors accommodates the living room area, a fireplace and the dining room. An 8-seater family table with a trip-trap chair awaits you. On request, it is possible to add a safety element for young children (safety barrier with belt). Shelves with many books, comics, board games, turntable and vinyl collection are at your disposal. The living room occupies the other half of the space with a 7-seat corner sofa (including 2 electric relax armchairs), a coffee table with many blankets and throws, a profusion of cushions, a pouf, a cozy wool rug, a hanging armchair and a 65-inch smart TV with subscription to Netflix, Zattoo, Youtube, Youtube music, Chromecast and Disney+. A well-equipped play area completes this pleasant relaxation area for unforgettable family moments. All glass surfaces are equipped with exterior blinds, including an electric one, and curtains. Access to the terrace, pool and garden is easy through 3 French windows in the living and dining rooms. A small toilet sink with window is in the center of the floor. A corridor leads to the fourth bedroom, very quiet, equipped with a single bed convertible into a queen size double bed, a TV, storage and a large window overlooking a secluded and lush corner of the garden, with a bench and a green arch. The door locks and the window is equipped with interior blackout and insulating blinds. Near this room is the small laundry room with window, sliding door, new washer and dryer, folding dryer, clothesline reel, and all the basic necessities (laundry baskets, laundry, softeners of your choice, stain removers, tweezers...). In the outdoor area, you will find a large 5x9 m pool on one level with Roman steps and a sloping bottom up to 2 m deep. The pool is open from the end of April to the end of October depending on the season. It does not have a heating system but its very sunny location and thermal cover allow it to maintain a pleasant temperature for a long time in the season. A solar shower and many water games are available. Bath linens are provided at will, according to self-service stock. Safety feature: The cover is secure and supports the weight of an adult if you were to walk on it, which is prohibited except by accident. No diving or jumping into the pool. For safety and hygiene reasons, the cover must remain closed between swims. We do not provide flotation aids or equipment, which are your responsibility. In addition to the pool, at the bottom of the garden you will find: - a 3x3 m partially planted arbor accommodating an 8-seater table and many chairs - a large corner sofa with coffee table -two sheltered hanging armchairs - a very comfortable 2x2 m garden bed, - a cushion box - a 3-seat bar - a gas grill - a small goldfish pond (it is a shallow basin, children cannot fall into it, the biotope is autonomous so you do not have to take care of it) - a children's hut equipped with a small kitchen and many games The neighboring plot houses a very well-equipped playground, with a picnic table. + Families: bikes, scooters, skateboards, helmets, children's rollerblades size 28-30, and sleds (depending on season) are available free of charge in front of the house and in the entrance hall. There are nice walks to take in the forest above the village and many farms. Here you can see llamas, cows, chickens, horses, rabbits and goats, but also buy local products directly (eggs, vegetables, apple juice, fruit, meat, braids, cheese and other delicacies). Don't hesitate to ask us for addresses, information, ideas for activities, visits, recommendations, itineraries, restaurants etc... Guest access You will have access to the whole place except: - the attic (which has no interest) - the cellar (which houses our pantry, freezer and alcoholic beverages) -the workshop (which is a professional space and where no one will work during your stay) Other things to note This house is our family home, we live there all year round and rent it out during our vacations and long absences. This is why you will find a large part of our personal belongings (clothes, food, toiletries, toys) as well as pets (cats, fish) that are autonomous and do not require any care from you. We will of course free up space in the various cabinets so that you can comfortably store your belongings and feel at ease. Everything you find in the house is at your disposal, provided you respect the items you use and put them back where you found them. Food, drinks and groceries that you will find in the kitchen are also at your disposal, as well as hygiene, cleaning and laundry products. Bath towels, pool towels and bed sheets are included at will and self-service, subject to availability.
