It features a lush, landscaped garden with a glistening swimming pool and alfresco dining. Upstairs, multiple balconies create a green oasis with doors and windows that bring the outside in. On the ground floor, you'll find a stylish living area set with a comfortable sofa, authentic Australian handmade furniture and a TV—with a gas heater and portable fan to keep things temperate. There is a large dining table where you can sit together for a family meal, while a timber bar top table offers additional seating or space to set up your laptop and work remotely. The kitchen has undergone a major glow-up, now fitted with white cabinetry and premium appliances. Glass doors slide open to access the pool area, fitted with a secure gate and space to dine under the sun. The first bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen, which offers a shower, boutique toiletries and an in-unit washer and dryer The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with queen-size beds and split-system heating and cooling to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Two are located on the first floor and the third encompasses the entire second level. These upper levels frame views of the ocean, along with a balcony on the first floor overlooking the pool. There is an additional living area or kids' room with a sofa bed, sleeping one child upon request. This living area connects to the upstairs bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and shutters to allow for a breezy rinse-off. Enjoy a fuss-free arrival with a compact parking space for one small car. There is also free, timed street parking—but this is limited. We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. There are three flights of stairs and all three bedrooms are located upstairs. Please be mindful of this when booking. A floor plan has been attached to better showcase the property's layout. All bedrooms are equipped with heating and cooling, but there is no split system in the living room. A portable heater and fan have been provided for this area. If you need to use our sofa bed, please let us know in advance. If we haven’t been advised ahead of time, it won’t be prepared—so please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it. It will be an extra $80 for us to set it up for you. This also includes the linens and towels. The pool is cleaned every week to make sure that it's ready for use, he lets himself in on Fridays.
