Room with a private pool & gym

A basement room has: a sofa-bed with comfortable mattress 160 cm for 2 people; an office desk (screens & printer); WiFi; tea/coffee, mini-fridge, a big flat TV with Netflix, wardrobe and a commode; a washing machine; as well as flower pots, pictures, full size mirrow, a plaid, small side table with books, candles and more. Small gym with a treadmill & weights, and even pin-pong table in the garage (same floor). The bathroom is one floor up. The space The house is composed of 2 floors +basement. SHARED: The ground floor: living room with open kitchen and exit to the terrace & garden with a heated pool, located behind the house; a bathroom with bath tube and a small WC. NOT SHARED: Two bedrooms on ground floor. The 1st floor, that has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Guest access A heated swimming pool 8x4 with bubbles & lights available depending on weather conditions (summertime).
