Charming spacious , good sized kitchen, shower room and bedroom/sitting room (sleeps 2, in a king size bed) area looking out over the garden with beautiful views over fields and Lake District Fells walking distance to our local pub, farm shop and national trust property Sizergh castle, 10 min drive to Kendal, 20 min Windermere, 15 min kirby lonsdale, 17 min cartmel racecourse. We are spoilt with the amount of restaurants/country pubs which all serve amazing food The space hall leading into a large sitting room, dining/bedroom area with a kingsized bed kitchen shower room all underfloor heating underfloor heating will come on when the heat in the rooms drops. there will be enough hot water for 2, wardrobe with hangers and shelves is in the hall garden seat cushions are in the wardrobe TV turn the TV Sony on first then the humax satellite box. the TV will be on HDMI1 to view Guest access on arriving at the property there is a gate to open, parking outside the property, ramp access to the front door. patio doors down a step into the patio area and garden Other things to note if you bring a dog, (we only except 1 dog) it must not be left alone in the property and will need to be kept on a lead at all times outside. we have sheep dogs horses, a rabbit and cats (although they will not come into your area)
