The attached house with a home cinema and terrace has its own entrance. You live in three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and you have a 25 m² wooden terrace at your disposal. With this special accommodation you can enjoy a 4K home cinema system (screen 108") with THX 5.1 with your companion. TV with satellite and network connection, Blu-ray player, WLAN, gambling is possible, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price included. The space The extension house with a home cinema and terrace is a non-smoking location. The bedroom with two sleeping possibilities is on the 1st floor. But you can also use the sofa bed in the living room. There are five possible sleeping places available. As landlords, we would only recommend two beds. This is due to the fact that there is no separating door between the ground floor and the upper floor. The kitchen offers you all possibilities for cooking. A large room is available to you with a dining table, where you can also work with your laptop/PC. This room leads out onto the large wooden terrace. You can be there with your loved ones all to yourself and really listen to nature. All kinds of birds are there in the morning, you can hear them or close the window. Bats still fly with us at night, these animals ensure diversity. Come by and sit down in a really natural Garden of Eden. We have been ensuring this diversity on our properties for over 12 years. Guest access You also have the option of contacting us if you wish. In the back garden there is also the grill house or the fire bowl with garden house, we often sit there in summer and enjoy the rest of the day. You are always welcome there. Other things to note It's truly MEGA FUN to ride our Peugeot Django 125cc scooter through Holstein Switzerland. You can get everywhere quickly, have no parking problems, and have no parking costs! Especially at the beach, parking costs can sometimes be as much as €20 per day for a car. Our Peugeot Django 125cc scooter is a real alternative. You'll get to your destination faster, save money, and have FUN! You're welcome to use our Peugeot Django 125cc scooter! There's a usage fee of €39.00 per day for the scooter (€99.00 for a 3-day package). Additional offers are available seasonally and upon request. A deposit of €150.00 is also required upon use. 200km per day is included in the daily usage fee. This service is handled on-site. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in advance. Anything is possible. You don't need to buy or bring any spices. I have been in the catering business for over 30 years. Everything is available in your kitchen. I have a wealth of knowledge and am happy to share it. I also enjoy sharing my wealth of experience in the grill and baking area. (Grillhouse) You can also safely park your bikes in our courtyard. We also have two stand-up paddleboards with paddles and life jackets available for your use; provided we're not using them ourselves... ;-)
