Big family villa, close to city and CPH airport

Big Villa in suburbs of Copenhagen. 188m2 (2.025 sq.ft.), great for 2 families travelling together. 5 BR + living room (+4 guest beds which can be placed anywhere, 12 beds total) • Access to terrace/patio, garden • Free WIFI • Free parking in public road • Bed linen and towels fee is included and mandatory. Will be provided at check-in. 5 km to Cph City, 1,5 km to Cph Airport, 1 km to beach Frequent public bus connected to both Airport and City just outside. Free parking in the street. The space Welcome to my villa. It's located in a perfect spot, a nice calm area in the suburb, Kastrup, close to Copenhagen, Capital of Denmark and only 10 mins. by bus from Cph. Airport. The Villa is a 2 story house with stairs to the 1st floor placed in the living room. It has 5 bedrooms (one is an open bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 small kitchenette in the utility room on the ground floor. 4 extra foldable guest beds is provided for parties over 10 guests. I live here on daily basis with my 2 boys, but when the house is booked by guests we go to our cottage not far away :). Therefore you will see some of our stuff in the cabinets and rooms, but there should be plenty af space for your belongings as well. I addition to the pictures of bedrooms, there will possibility to up to 4 extra guest beds which can be placed anywhere in the house. Therefore there is beds for 12 guests in total. My house is mostly suitable for persons above age 6, but everyone is welcome. I have no baby stuff (bed or chair etc.) Bed linen and towels fee are included and mandatory. It will be provided at check-in and self service. If you wish to bring your own, let me know in advance. Guest access When you stay at my place you have access to every room of the house. However most of drawers and 1st floor hallway wardrobe will contain private clothes. Kitchen cabinets will also contain private food, but you'll find food storage boxes for your food while you stay for you groceries (non cooled) Other things to note *Washing machine (dkk 10,-) dryer (dkk 15,-) is cash payment in dkk or P-Pal. A jar for coins is found in the laundry room. *You're welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. *The bedlinen and towels fee is mandatory included and will be provided at check-in (self service) * Before checkout, you must tidy up the house. This basically means that you leave it in the same condition as you when you checked in. Dishes are washed (put in the dishwasher and started - you can leave it running), bed linen is removed from all mattresses, duvets and pillows and along with towels put in the laundry room. *The checkout-cleaning is prepaid in the booking.
