Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place and take a walk to the pond to swim and kayak or take a short drive to downtown Wolfboro to enjoy some shopping, dining or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee! The space This 3 bedroom home is nestled on 6 private acres. There is a 10 x 33 foot deck to enjoy sunsets on and also watch the hummingbirds as well as relax and enjoy meals. The kitchen dining living room is open with a cathedral ceiling .and is on the first floor along with 2 bedrooms and a bath. The upstairs boasts a large 3rd loft bedroom . The lower level is fully finished with a large family room and a high top table for game playing. There are also bunk beds and another bathroom in this level Shaws pond is across the road at the end of the driveway where you can swim , kayak, or launch a small boat. Wolfboro is a short 7 minute ride where you can visit Brewster Beach and stroll through shops and restaurants. Guest access Guests have access to house . Guests will not have access to the shed or owners closet. Other things to note The driveway is gravel/dirt and is 500 feet uphill. The awning can be used but must be closed each time you leave the house. If it is damaged, you will be responsible for replacing / repairing.
