This is a two acre property that is secluded and private. There is a small creek that winds around the property. The lot has a large garage which is separated from the house by 250 feet. You are near parks, trails and Lake Lansing, which you can access with the two bicycles or two kayaks provided. The space This is a two bedroom house with one king size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bed has a high quality memory foam Casper mattress. There are 3 large screen TV's with Roku. There is a sunken living room with lots of windows, a dinette area, a full kitchen, and one full bathroom. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a double oven, and is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, toaster and coffee pot. The coffee pot is a combo unit and accepts pods or ground coffee. In the utility room is a washer and dryer and soap. Also, an iron and small ironing board are available. Guest access You'll have full access to the house, carport, and patio. The separate large disconnected garage area that is 250 feet from the main house. The garage area is not for guest access and will be in use commonly by the owner or his friends. We restore boats and other watercraft in the garage. We are landscaping the property away from the house and with a several acre property we often working on landscaping, tree trimming, etc. We live nearby on the lake, Lake Lansing. Other things to note Do not block the driveway to the large garage it will be In use occasional by the owner or others to access the rear of the property where the garage is. The carport and the parking spot adjacent to the car port is for your use. If you need additional parking you may park on any grassy area. If want to use the fire pit, feel free to do so. There is a lot of wood around.
