The space Our home is a Newly Renovated one-story craftsman built in the early 20th century. Our brand new renovated house will have you feeling at home with a warm & refreshing, clean and modern vibe. Unpack your wardrobe into the large closets on microfiber hangers or utilize the hanging storage space for those folded clothing items. Just a few steps further and you’ll find yourself in your brand new modern kitchen with a soft airy feel featuring modern white appliances and a kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils one would require. Enjoy tea from the tea kettle, Keurig coffee, or a fruit smoothie from the blender. Fully equipped for breakfast in bed, lunch filled with delights & oven cooked satisfying dinner. Turn down the lighting, set the end table touch lighting to your desired liking and plug your HDMI phone charger into the convenient ports, no worries if you forgot your charging block. Enjoy the super comfy, plush couch while emerging yourself into the 65” wall mounted HD Smart TV. Select any of your preferred smart channel apps, enter your user info and your right back to where you left off with your favorite programs when you were at home. Prepare some complimentary popcorn and snacks and set them on the coffee table for you to enjoy at your leisure. Our roomy bathroom is ready to help remove stress from your day! Plenty of room to brush those pearly whites, storage for your toiletries and our large eco friendly toilet is fitted for a king and queen, with a soft close lid to help minimize efforts after your relaxing shower. When it’s time to stretch out and lay your head down for the night you can count on plenty of puffy pillows to cuddle with, skin soft sheets and warm blankets to help accommodate your desired night time temperature. Our king beds feature sprawling hybrid memory foam beds, 13 inches thick. Your private yard area is located behind privacy fencing to the front left of of our homes porch/ entryway. Please feel free to utilize the BBQ. Note It’s important to remember our home is a townhome that consists of a front home and a rear home within the one building. Please keep in mind that your private suite is located in the front of the townhome with its own private entryway. There is a shared common wall that divides our townhome into separate private homes. You may at times hear some low conversation and/or movement from our guests located in the rear Private portion of the townhome. Parking: You have full use of the curbside parking. Parking is free, The guests within the rear home have full private use of the entire driveway. Guest access You will have full and private access to your entire private suite, including your own private fully fenced outdoor space that is landscaped fully with stone hardscape and greenery that complements the landscape.
