Villa in the Monferrato Woods - Ca' de Vio

Immersed in the hills of Monferrato, this spacious and cozy villa with patio and garden is the ideal place to relax in complete tranquility thanks to the 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, and the large living room. While surrounded by woods and therefore quiet and private, its location makes it convenient for reaching the major cities and points of interest. Nice Monferrato, Acqui, Asti, Alba, Canelli and Turin are only a few kilometers away! The space Cared for by three generations, Ca' de Vio is a historic farmhouse from the early 1900s, renovated in June 2023. Perfect for relaxing, the large L-shaped patio is equipped with comfortable sofas and an 8-seater dining table, which overlooks the private garden. Aperitifs, lunches and dinners, this is where you can overdo with the wine, but always in company! To welcome you in the large living room, the large suspended fireplace stands out in the center. The finishes in terracotta, stone and exposed brick continue up to the kitchen, equipped with an Espresso machine, microwave oven and induction hob. The restaurants in the area are all fantastic, but sometimes a nice home-cooked meal with your loved ones is the perfect memory. On the same floor is the Camera Blu, which can be used as a double or twin, and the bathroom with a large rain shower. Past the leather sofa and armchairs, go up to the first floor. Here you will find the Camera Gialla, which offers the spectacular stain glass panorama; the Camera Rossa, the largest, facing south with a view of the hills, and can also be used as a double; the Camera Grigia, the most intimate; and the bathroom with tub. Each room offers memory foam mattresses, double cotton and feather pillows, high quality Made in Italy linens and duvets. You have prepared an early morning trip? It will be difficult to get out of bed. The villa is immersed in the woods on top of the hill, giving total privacy and tranquility and offering long routes for walks, runs and bike rides for the more sporty. Every space and corner of Ca 'de Vio is perfect for enjoying a good book while sipping a glass of wine or chatting with friends while enjoying the delicacies of the area, always surrounded by nature. Guest access The car park is located immediately on the opposite side of the road (video recorded 24/7). You can enter through the gate, or in the case of heavy luggage, enter the courtyard to unload, upon prior notification. The villa is independent on three sides, you will have full privacy and exclusive use of the patio and a large portion of private garden. The rest of the outdoor areas are shared with the owners, but mostly you will find our kittens. Feel free to explore! To protect the safety of our guests and our home from thefts and accidents, there are 3 cameras on the external corners of the building, one of which guards over the external car park. Don't worry about your privacy though, they are in fact active for offline recording only (no audio) and their material is only accessible to the police in extreme cases. We live in the adjacent apartment and can personally respond to any of your requests! Other things to note Being Ca 'de Vio home to two somewhat territorial kittens and a slightly extroverted dog and not having completely fenced spaces, for the safety of your and our 4-legged friends, we prefer to accept only small and well-behaved animals. Furthermore, they cannot climb onto sofas, armchairs and beds, out of respect for all future guests. In case of support animals you can contact us for information. Unfortunately, the fireplace and the wood-burning oven cannot be used due to the smoke ducts no longer up to standard. Furthermore, it is not possible to light fires (e.g. bonfires, barbecues, candles). Keep in mind that is strictly prohibited smoking inside the house.
