La Pomerolaise: Charming renovated apartment

Our 85 m2 apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located on the 2nd floor of our winegrower-style house in Pomérols, a pretty village typical of the Herault, 15 minutes from the sea. You have a separate entrance, as well as access to our small and lovely pool (hours from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm). This rental offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay; the kitchen is fully equipped. The space You have a living room with sofa, TV, and internet access. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and equipped; 1 bed of 180*200, 1 bed of 160*200, 2 beds of 80*200. You have access to the garden, you have a table for 6 people, a barbecue is also at your disposal. On the ground floor you have an additional toilet. You can also enjoy a dining room overlooking the garden. This dining room is also available for breakfast and table d'hôte. You will also find 3 deckchairs to relax by the pool. Guest access The entire apartment with independent access is reserved for guests only. The pool and garden are shared with the hosts. At the times indicated, you will be the only guests to have access to the pool. Cycling travelers, we reserve a secure place in the garage to store your bikes. We appreciate being able to accommodate you, as this is a key box installed for self check-in and checkout. Other things to note Information: Our price is based on the number of people. Fixed price base for 1 or 2 people. Beyond 2 travelers, you will have to pay 12 euros per day and per additional person (automatic calculation by Airbnb). We offer you, in addition and by reservation, the possibility of making breakfast as well as our table d'hôte. Passionate about wine, we are happy to share our finds. Due to the size of the pool and the drought, we are not allowed to fill it, therefore, it is not possible to dive or jump in it. Thanks for your understanding. Located between Agde and Pézenas, 10 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, set back from the major coastal resorts, Pomérols is an ideal vacation spot to enjoy coastal activities as well as the calm and riches of the hinterland. We are located 16 km from the city of Sète with its large beaches and its magnificent covered market offering very good regional products. On the edge of the Étang de Thau and surrounded by vineyards, it is one of those villages where the environment and conviviality have been preserved, and where history, traditions and gastronomic specialties are combined with the present. The "Beauvignac" cooperative cellar is located in the middle of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. In addition, the village of Pomérols offers you the possibility to do your daily shopping, you will find a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. Traditional market on Thursday morning from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Place du Général de Gaulle. You will find free parking about 100 m from our house.
