Rent half of this beachfront duplex in the lovely Sea Beach area. (Other side also available…just ask). Best swimming beach in Rincon. Short walk to town and shopping. Many wonderful restaurants close by. Sunday Farmers Market and Thursday Art Walk. Just sit out front on the 16' x 35' porch and watch the beautiful sunsets nightly. Back up solar powered battery for the essentials in case of a power outage. Rincon...the "Riviera" of Puerto Rico! The space This home has been loved by our big family and friends for decades. We have enjoyed countless vacations here watching and listening to the ocean and enjoying swimming in the warm Caribbean Sea. The nightly sunset tradition of a cool piña colada is everyone's favorite. Air conditioning in bedrooms only. We have hammock hooks, so bring your own hammock! (Hammocks are NOT provided) This home is a duplex and this listing is HALF of the house. The 2 sides are separate, and the other side is rarely used, or you can rent both sides which can be joined up by opening an interior door. Certain holiday weeks require a minimum 7 day stay AND a full house (both sides) rental. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a half bath on one side). One side has a king bed, 2 twins and a couch for sleeping. The other side has a king bed, queen bed and a small couch for sleeping. Guest access Guests will have access to one side of the duplex. If you rent the entire house, you will have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side. There is an adjoining interior door you may open or close to create a divider between the two sides. Other things to note Solar power backup in case of an electric grid outage. (A normal occurrence in PR) Backup power should cover your basic needs, including lights, internet, fans, refrigerator and microwave. Although the air conditioners will work, they drain the backup battery quickly, so please leave them off so you don’t lose all power. The owner will notify you when the grid goes out, if possible, so you are able to manage your energy usage. Some holiday weeks may require a full house rental.
