This is a gorgeous double bedroom with kitchen, living room and terrace with panoramic view overlooking of Cabo its mountains . Room opens on to the terrace which benefits from having a ocean view and amazing view over looking the entire city. Restaurants, bars, clubs, transportation, banks, marina, shopping, beaches are all walking distance! The space Very important! Please do not book until you read listing in full. Guest who do not read will not have there expectations met. Directions The house is located off a one way road. Airbnb will send you a email with direction to the house. We are not a hotel so please do not expect driver to know where we are. Cabo does not have clear stop signs or road names ROOM The room you will be staying in is a beautiful double bedroom with high ceiling and lots of natural light. The house is set on the base of the Pedregal hillside so we a get a gentle breeze which keeps the house cooler in the summer months. The beds have white sheets and comfy duvet cover and pillows so you will get a good night’s rest. The room itself has large handmade French windows which open up to the picturesque view of Cabo city , mountain and small ocean view.. What i love is that from your room you can watch Cabo wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee or take in the city lights at night with a glass of wine. There are 2 chairs with authentic rock table which are located on the terrace and a comfortable 7 piece table and chair set. You can eat relax and take in the sites.. There is a good size hand made thatch closet which gives a natural rustic feeling to the room. Inside the thatch closet are a small iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Also included in the room is a safe to store your important documents. We have a large ceiling fan and extra fans to keep the room cool during the day. The french windows are also very big so they let in a cool breeze from the ocean.. You can look out the window thought palm trees on one side the city on the other side of the room . The ensuite private bathroom is attached to the bedroom and you enter via arched doorway. . The bedroom contains a comfortable, wood frame California king bed with king double mattress. Rooms are decorated in the original Cabo rustic style with large wood French windows and arched doorways. The bathroom has a sinks and large mirrors above the basin so you can comfortably get ready for your night out. We provided towels, hand towels and a makeup towel Also included is shampoo, conditioner and body soap & hand soap. Terrace On one side of the terrace is large 7 piece table and chairs so you can sit back, relax and take in the city lights at night or watch Cabo wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee. On the other side of the terrace you can relax and take in the sites with 2 comfy chairs and authentic rock table The sunsets in the evening throw beautiful colors over the city and provide some great panoramic photos. Kitchen From the big kitchen you can see some of the city lights and the view during the day. It has all the basics you need to cook a tasty Mexican meal. Toaster, fridge, stove, kettle, plates, cutlery, pots, pans coffee maker. Please ask before you arrive if you need anything extra and we will do our best to provide it. Kitchen /Living room / Terrace You will be sharing these spaces with one other room only. Most guests tend to be out for the day and night. This is due to our location being so close to everything This kitchen, living room and terrace separate the 2 bedrooms in the apartment. They sit on opposite side of each other. The kitchen, living room and terrace are connected in a open plan design. This means you can have privacy. Many guests become friends and other don’t even see each other because they are too busy having fun walking around the town and exploring cabo. You will have your privacy or make a new friend. Very important please read below Guest from Mexico City While we accept all guest we have found that Guest from certain major city have not been happy with their stay at our home. I believe this is due to the fact we do not have the modern amenities or service that certain city residence are accustomed to. Cabo is the most expensive city in Mexico. Even though we offer some of the lowest prices in Cabo residence in certain major city can get much more in there home city compared to cabo. The home is a old rustic style villa, We highly suggest do not book with us if you want a hotel experience. We do not want to let you down. Guests 60+ This home is not suitable for guest 60 and over. This is due to fact we have many stairs which always effects' guest in and around this age. We do not provide the comforts that guest in and around 60 require to achieve 5 star comfort. If you are in and around this age please consider another Airbnb as you will not have a perfect stay Noise Cabo is now open after Covit. We are located in the center of Cabo. Cabo can be loud on the weekends . There are no noise restrictions in the center of Cabo. While we sleep well most days do not be surprised if you experience noise during your stay Stairs Please note there are stairs to get to the room and the home is located on a incline . Most guest do not have a issue but some guest who are not accustomed to stairs ,disabled or over 60 should not book. Please please do not book and complain about the stairs. You have been warned Not included in the room 1. This room does not have a kitchen 2.This room does not have AC. normally only required for August and September and early October. 3. We provide body wash not soap. Hottest time of year & Hurricane season . August & September’s is our Hurricane season and our hottest time of year . We Notice that that we receive lower reviews during this time because of the heat humidity and the stairs . We lower our prices during this time of year to help guests which any summer time issues.
