This beautiful condo is located at Palmar. The unit offers a spacious floor and has 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath highlighting a double vanity. The second bedroom offer the a king bed and a private bath. It´s perfect for couples. The 300 sq ft terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool & more. The space The view of the ocean is unobstructed. You will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool, tennis court, basketball and a fitness area. We manages this property and we make sure you have everything you need. To get your vacation started we leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products in the condo. There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one! The condo receive maid service once at week. Additional housekeeping service is available by request. Guest access Swiming Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym and Tennis Court. Other things to note Water to the building is filtered and is potable and safe to drink. The freezer has an ice maker. There is also additional bottled drinking water available on a hot/cold dispenser in the kitchen. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only. The workout facility is now completed and a half court basketball area next to the tennis court. We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive. Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability. In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.
