It has a large, updated kitchen, separate dining room, and living room. Fitted with 3 queen size beds and 1 futon in the bedrooms. Expansive front deck to enjoy some sun or relax outside. In the rear is a deck leading down to a large fenced back yard surrounded by trees (can't tell you're "Intown") * pet friendly * no parties or gatherings The space This is not a shared home! There is a separate basement apartment and garage below. *pet friendly, but pre-booking approval required * no parties or gatherings (the number of guests booked on the reservation should be the only ones there). If any visitors are expected, the Host should be notified. This is for Everyone's (guests, hosts, and neighbors) safety and security. We need to keep property managers updated on the expected number of people there. This policy is enforced. No Smoking, Vaping, or anything similar inside of the house. Allowed outside (do not litter). Guest access This is not a shared home! Entire main level of the building is yours to access and use. The Backyard and Driveway can be accessed/shared by other tenants on the property. Front yard and Front Deck should only be for the guests on main level of home(you). We ask that guests park on the street so as not to block the garage or driveway access. There is PLENTY of street parking right in front of front door (closer than driveway). The owners use the garage for storage needs and may access garage from time to time. Other things to note If you want or need to book more space, let us know so we can see if it's available.
