Enjoy this fully equipped, serviced (water & electricity), 28 ft. RV with deck and with all the necessities you need for a memorable family camping getaway in a beautiful mountain setting. Relax & enjoy the view of the Willow Bank and Moberly mountain while drinking your morning coffee. Enjoy a nice bbq and campfire outside. The RV is parked in a 20 acres homestead surrounded with mountains and forest. WIFI available in designated spot. PLEASE READ LOCATION, WIFI AND DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING. The space We are located 20 drive minutes west of Golden Town. The RV is permanently parked in a beautiful spot where you can enjoy quiet, undisturbed relaxation. This RV has a slide out, so living area is wider. An RV queen size bed (shorter) in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other provide plenty of sleeping place for a family of 4 but it could sleep up to 5 as there is a bunk bed and sofa bed available. RV is compact and small but it has pretty mucheverything you need for your stay. Great for family with younger kids. (Note that For 5 adults the space can be tight.) Tv plays DVD only. Electricity, well water, propane, firewood are provided, but please plan on bringing your own potable water (i.e.: bottled water). Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you will need, including coffee maker and bread toaster. Clean towels, & beddings are also provided. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea & hot chocolate. There is a fire pit outside for campfire. A camping bbq, picnic table & screened tent with table and chairs for you to enjoy outdoor meals. *** Please note that there are other rentals in the property but there is plenty of privacy for you to enjoy your stay. *** WIFI ACCESS - (HOT SPOT) Wifi is located near the main house, just a short walk from the RV. We have covered seating area while using the wifi and at the same time you get to enjoy the view of the Willowbank Mountain.ii Guest access Wifi Access - (HOT SPOT) Wifi is located near the main house, just a very short walk from the RV. We have covered seating area for wifi area, loungers, tables and chair also available. Guests are welcome to enjoy the area. We have badminton, archery, volleyball and other outdoor games provided. There is also playground with slide, sandbox and trampoline for younger kids to enjoy. Other things to note We live in an area surrounded by lush forest. There will be mosquitoes in the summer season. Mosquitoes are generally active from May to September, with peak activity around mid-June to August. Increase activity depends on each year. Rain, heat and high humidity can increase activities. Pack bug spray during your trip to make your outdoor stay enjoyable. BEARS: We live in a bear country. Both black and grizzly bears come through the property. Grizzly's sometimes pass here in mid-May to eat the dandelions. They know to expect people to be around. There has never been a problem with bears on our property. For safety, do not leave food or garbage outside that attracts bears. Make noise and walk outside in groups of 2 or more. If you find yourself close to a grizzly or black bear, slowly back away. Having bear spray also comes in handy. Bears are a wild and beautiful part of life here in our valley. It is extremely rare that anyone in the valley is threatened or harmed by a bear.
