The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome. The space The garden has two terraces, one of which can be used by guests. There is a small pond - which would need care with small children. The garden is fenced in, but has an electric fence to the rear ( to keep the cows in check!). The annex was built as a private guest annex for our home and so is furnished to a high standard. Guest access You will have access to a terrace, with seating, overlooking the garden and pond. Other things to note Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access.
