The space Spacious home with 4 bedrooms, plus a cozy giant couch in the basement that pulls into a queen size + bed. Huge living and dining room area, and a large outdoor patio that is shaded in the evenings. Plenty of space for parking in the driveway and around the house! Guest access There are two homes on the lot- you'll have full access to the primary home. I do live here so I have personal items in one of the rooms and stored in the basement, but there's plenty of space for your stuff! Other things to note Please note: This is close to train tracks! There is an ordinance so the train doesn't honk, and all the windows are double-paned to reduce noise, but it is definitely noticeable when these sweet machines chug by! I've put white noise machines AND fans in every bedroom just in case you're noise sensitive- very light sleepers will probably be most comfortable in the basement room, or the 2 rooms on the side of the house facing away from the river / train tracks.
