Romantic Guest's Suite

Suite recently renovated, romantic, furnished with all comforts. It has semi-independent access and is situated in a classic, elegant building (a.d. 1929); very well connected. The suite is situated in a historical building cited by the Italian Touring Club. It's centrally located in an area rich of Roman ruins and close to Porta Maggiore and San Giovanni. The suite is furnished in a luxurious way, with attention to every little detail. It is comfortable, sunny and especially relaxing and has all the comforts you need for the perfect stay in Rome. The two windows are double-glazed, thus providing optimal thermal insulation as well as a rare opportunity for quiet in a big, busy city such as Rome. There are a complete bathroom (with toilet and shower), a dining area with seating and armchairs for two people, a kitchenette with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, air conditioning, HD TV, Wi-Fi and everything you need to cook. Guest access The suite has semi-independent access, only part of the corridor is shared with the rest of the apartment. Other things to note You will find two remotes in the suite. The white remote is Chromecast and gives access to Netflix (with your own registration), YouTube, Prime Video, Raiplay and Amazon Music. Please use the top white dial, by pressing on its sides. Please use the black button to give vocal commands, e.g. “I’d like to listen to blues.” The black remote is for Italian TV and for setting the volume. Green top button: ON/OFF Lower left +/- button: audio volume Lower right +/- button: change Italian TV channels. There are four parking options: 1) On the street (taking a left once outside the gate), free on spots not marked with blue lines. 2) On the street, within places marked by blue lines: paid Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., free on Sunday and Holidays. Payment must be made in advance at one of the totem machines. There is one in front of the gas station, on the pavement. 3) In a paid open sky parking lot, closed off by chains. Eniparking, Via Casilina 110, a few metres distance from the suite. 4) Secure car park: Parking Pigneto , piazza del Pigneto 9/A, 250 metres distance from the suite.
