Chata Dřevák

Chata Dřevák is an adventure accommodation on the edge of the forest near Štěpánský pond, designed especially for families with children. Easily accessible - 35 min. by car from Prague, 30 min. from Pilsen. Parking on the property. Štěpánský pond is located 500m from the cottage. You can reach the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area and the Brdy Protected Landscape Area with the highest natural peak of Central Bohemia - Tok by car in 10 minutes. If you are looking for nature and peace, come and relax in the Dřevák cottage. The space The cottage is entered through a glass veranda into the main living room with a sofa bed and fireplace. From here you can continue to the bathroom, the kitchen, or the ladder to the upper floor, which is mainly used for sleeping. Heating is provided only through the fireplace. Wood is available both inside in boxes next to the stove and outside in the woodshed. !!!!!!!!!!!! In winter (from the moment when frosts are reported - usually from November to the end of March) the cottage is WITHOUT WATER! It's turned off because of the frost. !!!!!!!!!!!! Guest access All rooms in the cottage are accessible. Behind the cottage is a small wooden workshop that is locked. After agreement (need to use tools,...) it is possible to agree on access. Other things to note There is an outhouse in the garden, which has been replaced by an internal flushing toilet. It can be used at the moment, especially in the winter months, when the flushing water is turned off. In winter (from the moment frosts are reported - usually from November to the end of March) the cottage is WITHOUT WATER! It's being turned off because of the freeze.
