Upstairs at La Joya

La Joya #2 is an unexpected jewel in the center of town. Close to art and culture, groceries, banking, restaurants, the beach. Great views from the spacious shared roof deck. This jewel is good for couples or families. The lovely second floor apartment has a well equipped kitchen, two queen bedrooms, antique encaustic tiles, beach gear,cooler and access to a shared washing machine. There is a first floor studio apartment which can be rented separately or together to accommodate larger groups. Guest access La Joya has only 2 units. They are very separate. The roof deck is now accessible. Guests at both units can share the very spacious double decker roof living space. There are several separate seating areas on the roof and one barbecue grill. There are some beach toys, chairs and coolers for guests to use stored in a first floor chest. Other things to note We are unable to accommodate last minute alterations to your stay. If available we can add days but we CANNOT reduce the number of days, please consider this when you book. No exceptions.
