Your getaway has a separate entrance reached by going through the breezeway and down the stairs. This inviting space is about 900 SQFT and includes two bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom. Our inviting living room beckons with plush seating and ample natural light streaming in through large windows, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploration. This living room is ideal for socializing over coffee or wine instead of retreating to two separate hotel rooms. Adjacent, you'll find an equipped kitchenette, complete with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator. There are wine glasses, coffee mugs, a Brita water pitcher and disposable kitchenware. NOTE: There is no kitchen sink or range. The Bedrooms: Retreat to one of our two comfortable bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and ample storage space to ensure a restful night's sleep. Whether you choose the queen-sized bed in the master bedroom or the king in the second bedroom, you'll find all the comforts of home awaiting you. Both beds are new and very comfortable, and the queen is a Casper foam mattress. The Bathroom: Our bright and airy bathroom features a shower, perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach or exploring the charming streets of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. Outdoor Space: Step outside and soak up the California sunshine in your private outdoor deck, where you can relax with a good book surrounded by lush greenery and coastal breezes. Note: the deck has no rail and about an 18-24 inch drop, not ideal for toddlers. Quiet hours 10pm -7am. TERMS/RULES INCLUDE Only (4) overnight guests. If any of the rules are broken the booking is immediately terminated and the full payment is forfeited and guests will be remove from the property. Other things to note There is a separate studio upstairs that is rented separately on Airbnb. There may or may not be another guest there. Located in the heart of activity for which Carmel is known, this home places serene beaches, fine restaurants, unique art galleries, wine tasting rooms, and scenic beauty within minutes. Carmel beach and downtown Carmel-by-the Sea are each about 1 mile. World-class restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and wine-tasting rooms await. We ask that if bring an infant that the infant sleeps in the smaller of the two bedrooms, the bedroom with the queen sized bed. Thank you. As your hosts, two of us live above this space when we are in town. You will have exclusive access to the lower floor. While there is no kitchen sink, we've provided a full-sized refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. There are wine glasses, coffee mugs, Brita water pitcher and disposable kitchenware. Feel free to use these appliances to store and prepare snacks and light meals during your stay. For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that this property is equipped with electronic surveillance equipment on the exterior. These measures are in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure the well-being of everyone on the premises. On property parking available as well as street parking. We have a small, friendly dog named Claire who spends some time outside, so you might cross paths with her, but she doesn't go into your space. There is a dog gate that you enter as you proceed down the private stairs to you unit.
