Comfy, stylish space with a large fenced back yard. This beautifully decorated and fully furnished, new duplex has everything you could ask for! Comfortable beds, fast wifi, Smart TV’s and a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and supplies, this is a comfortable option for a fully furnished rental. *Garage is not accessible to guests. Housing development is new, please follow the directions provided. The space This spacious duplex has a private entrance with keypad lock(garage not available for guests). Inside you will find 3 large bedrooms with storage for clothes, closets and very comfy beds. The bathrooms are sparkling clean & stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The large open kitchen has tons of counter space & open cabinets to store your food. The laundry room is also a good size, where you will find a full size washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. The living room is extra cozy. Sit back and enjoy a show on the SmartTV with a built in Roku for streaming services(you will need to log in with your own credentials). A sliding glass door opens up to the fully fenced back yard. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, an additional SmartTV, a walk in closet and private bathroom. Guest access Guest has private access to entire unit, excluding the garage. Other things to note We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb, or is your stay is 28days or longer. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request for the fee, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning. Please message me prior to booking if you have any questions about this policy. Extra Fees: *Cleaning fee $100-$125 depending on length of stay. *Extra person fee $20 per night, per person after 4guests (6 guests total).
