This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located above a home décor store and features a private, secure entrance to the upper level. Conveniently located just minutes from Casper’s downtown district, it’s the perfect place for your short-term stay. The space Step into a cozy blend of boho style and vintage charm in our upstairs apartment, where colorful details, historic character, and unique touches create a one-of-a-kind stay. Enter through the front door, where the staircase to the right leads to your private upper-level retreat. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the original staircase, wood floors, doors, vintage lighting, and hardware that make this historic home so special. The inviting living area features a plush velvet sofa, Roku TV, and plenty of character throughout. The kitchenette embraces the home’s retro feel with a nostalgic 1950s sink and cabinet. While compact, it includes essentials for simple meal preparation, including a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, and small dining area perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite. Please note there is no full stove or oven. The window A/C unit shown in the photos is seasonal and may be removed during cooler months depending on the time of year. The bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed, vintage décor, dresser, and closet space. A cot is also available for an additional guest if needed. The bathroom is one of the highlights of the apartment, featuring a classic clawfoot tub perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Casper. Parking for one vehicle is included in the adjacent south preschool lot, with a permit provided inside the unit. Please note the backyard is not accessible. The apartment is located above our boutique home store, The Rustic Cottage, which is open on Saturdays. Guests may occasionally hear light daytime activity or noise during store hours and periodic preparation throughout the week. Located in one of Casper’s historic neighborhoods, you’ll be within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, breweries, coffee houses, art galleries, and more. Traveling with additional guests? We also offer a separate two-bedroom apartment within the same building that may be available during your stay. Parking allowed for FREE in adjacent pre-school parking lot next to building (with provided permit in unit). Other things to note There's a portable cot in the closet for one extra guest. Extra linens, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, convenient amenities, small kitchen appliances, coffee/creamer/sugars/oils, salt/pepper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Extra free-standing heaters and fan. Snacks provided. The window A/C units shown in the photos are seasonal and may not be installed during cooler months depending on the time of year. During warmer months, the heating system is turned off. Please note that occasional unseasonably warm or cold weather can occur in Casper, and indoor temperatures may vary accordingly.
