This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. PARKING: Parking is primarily on-site and street parking with garage parking is provided as available. To access the home, enter your provided PIN code on the keypad, then hit the Garage button. The PIN Code will be active during your stay. To close the garage, simply press the Garage button again. SHARED SPACE: Please note that our home is a shared space. Our guests consistently rave about the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of our home. We rent out all four bedrooms individually, so you may encounter other guests during your stay. Our guests are typically young professionals, students, interns, and people visiting for business or to see local families. There are two bathrooms shared among three rooms. The primary suite has an ensuite bath. The bedroom is located on the second floor, where you’ll find a full bathroom shared. Additionally, there is a convenient half bath available on the first floor. LOCATION: The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with tree-lined streets and parks nearby. You'll find several trendy cafes and restaurants just a short walk away, and public transportation is easily accessible for exploring the city.
