Cozy house on the river - new hot tub!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful spot. The basement is an awesome game room with pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, and plenty of games. You'll love the dining room with a view of the river and cozy fireplace. Unwind in the main bath with a big tub with jets, a view, and a fireplace. Or hit the hot tub with a nice view of the river. River access is a short hike down a pathway on this 2.8 acre property, where you can fish or launch your tube, kayak, or canoe! The space You'll love the location - on a nice big piece of land surrounded by farms, right between Auburn and Seneca Falls. It's only 20 minutes to del Lago Casino and Waterloo Premium Outlets and about an hour to one of America's largest malls, Destiny USA in Syracuse. There is a drive-in movie theater 5 minutes away, and little lake inlets and beaches within 10-20 minutes. It's about 45 minutes to Ithaca 1 hour to Rochester. Guest access The upstairs of the house will be locked. If you'll have more than 10 guests, please see our listing for "The River House," which will allow you to book the entire house including the upstairs (4 additional bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom). Other things to note - We have Starlink high speed internet at the house, however we like to inform guests that cell reception is very spotty, and practically zero at our house. So be sure to turn on “WiFi calling” on your cell phone. - NO parties or events. - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
